At Cars4Part™, we believe fast, reliable, and free shipping should be standard — not a luxury. That's why every single order placed on our store ships completely free across all 50 United States, with no minimum order requirement. This policy explains everything you need to know about how we ship, when you'll receive your order, and what to do if something goes wrong.


1. Shipping Rates

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, and a second email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. You can also track your order directly from your Cars4Part account under "My Orders".

⚠️ Tracking Update Delay: It may take up to 3 – 5 business days after dispatch before tracking information becomes active and visible online. This is normal — your order is on its way!

If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder first, then contact us at support@cars4part.com.


4. Shipping Coverage & Destinations

4.1 United States — All 50 States

We ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii. Standard free shipping covers the contiguous 48 states. Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional shipping fees calculated at checkout.

4.2 US Territories

We currently ship to the following US territories with additional shipping fees:

  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • US Virgin Islands
  • American Samoa

4.3 PO Boxes & APO/FPO/DPO Addresses

We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Delivery times to these addresses may be longer than standard estimates. We proudly support our US military personnel! 🇺🇸

4.4 International Shipping

At this time, Cars4Part primarily serves the United States market. International shipping availability and rates are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes which are the buyer's responsibility.


5. Multiple Item Orders & Split Shipments

If you order multiple products, your items may be shipped in separate packages from different locations. This is completely normal and does not mean part of your order is missing. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.

💡 Good to Know: If one item in your order arrives before another, don't worry! Your remaining items are on their way and will arrive within the estimated delivery window.


6. Shipping Delays

While we work hard to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays can sometimes occur due to:

  • High order volume during peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.)
  • Weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Carrier delays (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL)
  • Customs or import processing (international orders)
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided
  • US public holidays

Cars4Part™ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@cars4part.com and we will investigate on your behalf.


7. Lost, Stolen & Damaged Packages

7.1 Lost Packages

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:

  • Check around your delivery location and with neighbors
  • Check with your building management or mailroom
  • Wait 24-48 hours as packages are sometimes marked delivered early
  • Contact the carrier with your tracking number
  • If still unresolved, email us at support@cars4part.com

7.2 Stolen Packages

Cars4Part™ is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend having packages delivered to a secure location or using a parcel locker service. If you believe your package was stolen, please file a police report and contact your local carrier.

7.3 Damaged Packages

If your order arrives visibly damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product immediately
  • Do not discard the packaging
  • Email us at support@cars4part.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Cars4Part™ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@cars4part.com. We can update the address only if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to redirect the package.

⚠️ Important: Address correction requests must be made within 12 hours of placing your order to ensure changes can be made before dispatch.


9. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet entered the processing or shipping stage. To request a cancellation, email support@cars4part.com immediately with your order number and subject line "Order Cancellation".

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may return the item under our 14-Day Return Policy once delivered.


10. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For orders within the United States, there are no customs fees or import taxes.

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. Cars4Part™ has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.


11. Holiday Shipping Schedule

During peak holiday periods, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery during:

  • Thanksgiving & Black Friday (November)
  • Christmas & New Year (December – January)
  • Valentine's Day (February)
  • Independence Day (July)
  • Labor Day (September)

We will post holiday shipping deadline notices on our website and via email to help you plan your orders.
