You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return request. After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds unless the item is defective or damaged.

8. Order Cancellation

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 – 5 business days.
